Centretown is the densest residential neighbourhood we serve, and most homes here are one of two very different types.
The first is the older stock: late 1800s and early 1900s brick row houses and semis on streets like Gilmour, MacLaren and Lewis, many of them since split into apartments. Narrow staircases, high ceilings, original trim and hardwood, and radiators. These need a careful hand and a bit of extra time on dust that settles high.
The second is the towers. High-rise condos and rental buildings along Bank, Elgin and the streets between. Smaller footprints, but lots of glass, stainless and stone, plus balcony doors that bring in city grit. We buff rather than just wipe, so fixtures and glass don’t streak.
Logistics matter more here than anywhere else we work. Tell us about building access, concierge or fob entry, elevator booking and parking when you book, and we’ll plan around it, especially for move-outs.
