These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at donerightcleaning.ca and the cleaning services provided by CS Housekeeping Ltd., operating as Done Right Cleaning (“Done Right Cleaning,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, booking a service, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services
   Done Right Cleaning provides residential cleaning services in the Ottawa area. The specific scope, schedule, and price of your service will be described in your quote or booking confirmation. We may use employees or independent contractors to perform services.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
   You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website, book our services, or opt in to receive text messages from us. By using our website or services, or by providing your consent to receive text messages, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Our services and communications are not directed to, and are not intended for, individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from or send messages to anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it.
3. Booking, Scheduling, and Access
   When you book a service, you agree to provide accurate information and to arrange safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. You are responsible for securing valuables and informing us of any hazards, pets, or special instructions in advance.
4. Pricing, Payment, and Cancellations
   Prices are as stated in your quote or booking confirmation and may vary based on the condition, size, and scope of the work. Payment is due as described at the time of booking or invoicing. Cancellation and rescheduling terms, including any applicable fees or notice periods, will be communicated to you at booking and may be updated from time to time.
5. Satisfaction and Claims
   If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within the timeframe specified in your booking confirmation so we can address the issue. Any claims relating to damage or loss must be reported promptly.
6. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
   By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Done Right Cleaning (CS Housekeeping Ltd.), which may include appointment confirmations and reminders, job and service updates, review requests, and, where you have consented, promotional offers.

You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to receive text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, after which you will receive a confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. Our handling of your mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy, including our commitment that opt-in and consent data is not shared with third parties for marketing.

7. Acceptable Use of the Website
   You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
8. Intellectual Property
   All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and the Done Right Cleaning name and brand, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without our permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, Done Right Cleaning will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in Ontario.
